Go to the Forge and meet Nyle.

Nyle Hmph, you're here. I've been trying to keep myself hidden. Things are not going well. Fortunately, the town blacksmith has consented to let me stay here. Now, the situation. He cannot perform it without the statue. Go to Hoarfrost Depths and meet with the yeti. Find their leader and request the statue from him. While we may not be able to communicate with all yetis, their leaders, at the very least, should be responsive. If not, then I trust you will figure something out.
