Increases the chance your magic attacks get critical hits.
Critical hits deal extra damage and have an increased chance of knocking down enemies.

Additional Details
- Magic Critical comes into play only when using magic attacks such as a staff Evie's various "bolt-type" spells, or a scythe Evie's "drain and release" skills.
- Scythe smashes are also considered as "magic attacks", as well as Eagle Talons.
- A critical hit incurs both more damage and a higher chance to knock down the target.
- The Agility stat, as well as Agility Mastery increases magic critical hit chance.
- Magic Critical Chance = [(Agility / 2000) * 0.3 + (Magic Critical Hit Skill)% + (Weapon Critical)% + (Enchant Critical)% - (Critical Resistance)) + 0.03
