Kalis is the confirmed killer of Ellis, as seen in Wake Up Call. When the boy scout collapses, Kalis appears behind him and walks around Ellis, taunting him. After a while, the giant goblin picks Ellis up and brutally crushes his skull three times before tossing his lifeless body to the ground at your feet.
Despite the title Information Chief, he does not give out any "information" at all.
