Carriage you can meet at the Colhen and Rocheste entrance.
The Carriage at the Colhen drive only into Rocheste and the Carriage from Rocheste drive only into Colhen.
In fact it is the same principe as Ferryman. Only difference between Ferryman and Carriage is it, you can go by foot between Colhen and Rocheste.
The players can be carrying:
You can wait up to 5 minutes for free or you can pay 2,000 
for express travel. Another thing what you can do, you could go by feet between the towns.
