Avatar Synthesis

Avatar Synthesis is the new system added in Asian servers of Vindictus, that player can use to make a special avatar equipment by combining two parts of regular avatar equipment.

To simplify the synthesis process for players, Avatar Equipment has been added to Marketplace, making possible to purchase Avatar Equipment using in-game Gold.

Avatar Equipment Grading

Avatar Equipment Grades

Each Avatar Equipment has a grade, which specifies the equipment's attributes. There are four grades, ranged from the most common to the least:

• Grade C : + 20 ATT, + 20 M.ATT, +2% Movement Speed (In town)
• Grade B : + 70 ATT, + 70 M.ATT, +5% Movement Speed (In town)
• Grade A : + 120 ATT, + 120 M.ATT, +10 Movement Speed (In town)
• Grade S : + 200 ATT, + 200 M.ATT, +15% Movement Speed (In town)

Grade S Avatar Equipment grants additional special attribute, that increases the damage dealt by character's certain skill (depends on the character, that synthesized the equipment) by 2% (e.g. if Vella synthesized the S-Grade piece of Avatar Equipment, this piece might increase the damage of her Active: Cyclone by 2%).

Eligible S-Rank Equipment

The following Avatar Equipment Sets are eligible for S rank:

• Keaghan Set
• Iset Set
• Kirito, the Black Swordsman Set
• Asuna, the Blood Knight Set
• Heavenly Goddess Set
• Dark Angel Set
• Succubus Queen Set

Equipment Synthesis process

To synthesize the equipment, there are conditions that resources must satisfy in order for synthesis to occur:

• Resources must have the same type (e.g. Boots);
• Resources must have the same grade;
• Resources must be of different sets (e.g. Forgemistress Steel Boots and Ninja Tabi);
• Resources must not be Limited Time items.

When synthesizing the equipment, the following may occur:

• The result will retain the same grade that has been synthesized;
• The result will have the grade higher than the one synthesized.
