Defeat the Giant Spider in the Hidden Battle Quest, then return to Reilly.

Tell Reilly you've defeated the Giant Spider.

Reilly Yay, yay! You're a true friend, a true friend. Now I'm in a good mood. I'll give you something fun. But I don't have the materials. Go get them. Spirit Remnant! Terra Spirit Remnant! Life Spirit Remnant! Seven of each! Easy, right?

Bring 7 Spirit Remnants, Terra Spirit Remnants, and Life Spirit Remnants to Reilly.
